Citizens Advisers Promotes Sean Driscoll to Executive Vice President
Move furthers asset manager's growth strategy

Portsmouth, NH - December 6, 2004 - Sean Driscoll has been promoted to executive vice president of Citizens Advisers, an institutional asset manager and investment adviser to the Citizens family of mutual funds.

"Sean Driscoll is an experienced and talented financial services executive. In his new role he will lead several high growth areas within the company as well as deepen our executive bench. Sean's contributions over the past six years have been invaluable and I look forward to working with Sean for years to come," said Citizens President Sophia Collier.

Mr. Driscoll oversees the firm's investment and business operations, including fund and portfolio administration, performance analytics, and client and shareholder services. He also serves as treasurer of Citizens Funds. Prior to joining Citizens in 1998, Mr. Driscoll worked at State Street Bank and Trust, where he held various positions within custody and accounting operations and fund administration. Earlier he was vice president of compliance at Putnam Investments. Mr. Driscoll earned a degree in business administration from St. Michael's College.
