Citizens Advisers Adds Talent to Growth Strategy
Socially responsible investment management firm names Jonathan White, CFA, head of newly formed growth team and welcomes J. Michael Gallipo, CFA, to small- and mid-cap portfolios

Portsmouth, NH - February 18, 2005 - Citizens Advisers, Inc., investment adviser to Citizens Funds, today announced Jon White will head the firm's newly formed growth team and has brought J. Michael Gallipo on as co-portfolio manager on Citizens small-cap growth and mid-cap growth strategies.

"Our team will be focused on identifying special companies we believe can demonstrate accelerated growth," said Jon White, CFA, chief market strategist and portfolio manager of Citizens large-cap growth strategy. Joining Jon on the team is J. Michael Gallipo, who will co-manage the small- and mid-cap growth strategies with Jon White.

"We were very pleased to recruit Michael Gallipo to Citizens. He has impressive credentials and significant experience selecting stocks in key growth industries," said Citizens President Sophia Collier, who will remain a co-manager on the small-cap growth strategy.

Mr. Gallipo joins Citizens from Banknorth's Wealth Management group where he worked with Jon White and ran over 200 general equity and fixed-income portfolios. Prior to Banknorth he was portfolio manager for Monument Funds Group in Bethesda, MD. Mr. Gallipo earned his B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has successfully completed the Chartered Market Technician program. He is a member of the Boston and Vermont Security Analysts Societies, the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts and the Market Technicians Association.
